Ropes & Gray represented precision immunology company Scipher Medicine in its acquisition of data, analytics and software company CrossBridge to enhance its data and analytics capabilities. The acquisition was announced on January 10. Financial terms were not disclosed.
The acquisition gives Scipher data management and analytics capabilities to provide more granular understanding of patients’ treatment pathways. CrossBridge’s software-as-a-service value-based care platform closes gaps between patients, providers and payers and lowers the cost of care for autoimmune disease patients.
The Ropes & Gray team was led by mergers & acquisitions partner Marc Rubenstein and mergers & acquisitions associate David Marino and included tax partner Scott Pinarchick, employment & benefits partners Renata Ferrari, Megan Bisk and Danna Kivell, health care partner Christina Bergeron and mergers & acquisitions counsel Michael Spera.
