Ropes & Gray advised MACOM Technology Solutions Holdings, Inc. in its acquisition of Linearizer Communications Group, a developer of high-performance microwave photonic solutions with avionic and space-based applications. The acquisition was announced on March 6.
MACOM designs and manufactures semiconductor products for the telecommunications, industrial and defense and datacenter industries, servicing over 6,000 customers annually.
