Ropes & Gray advised Constitution Capital Partners, a leading alternative asset manager, in the close of $1.1 billion across two midmarket investment strategies, Ironsides Partnership Fund VI and Ironsides Co-Investment Fund VI. The closing was announced on June 9 in a Wall Street Journal article.
The investment strategies back private-equity funds and invests in companies alongside other fund managers. Constitution Capital manages at least $4.5 billion in assets.
