Ropes & Gray advised Yasso Holdings, Inc. and Castanea Partners in a definitive agreement to sell Yasso Holdings, Inc. to global consumer goods company Unilever. The acquisition was announced in a June 14 press release. The transaction is expected to close in the third quarter of 2023, subject to the receipt of the requisite regulatory approvals and closing conditions.
