Ropes & Gray represented NielsenIQ,a portfolio company of Advent International, in connection with the successful completion of its strategic combination with GfK SE. The transaction combines two industry leaders in global information services, creating the world’s leading consumer intelligence company, with over $4 billion in sales and more than 30,000 clients in over 100 countries. The completed transaction was announced on July 11 in a press release.
