Ropes & Gray represented Berkshire Partners in its investment in PDQ, a leading provider of IT asset management software, joining TA Associates, an existing investor. The transaction was announced in a press release on October 17 and terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
The deal team was led by private equity partner Taylor Hart and associate Brandon Winer and included executive compensation & employee benefits partners Renata Ferrari and Kyle Higley, litigation & enforcement partners Brendan Hanifin and C. Thomas Brown, tax partner Pam Glazier, finance partners Arek Maczka and Stefanie Birkmann, and data, privacy, & cybersecurity partner Fran Faircloth.
