Ropes & Gray represented MACOM Technology Solutions Holdings, Inc., a supplier of semiconductor products, in the completion of its acquisition of the radio frequency (RF) business of Wolfspeed, Inc. The completed deal was announced in a press release on December 4. Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
Headquartered in Lowell, Massachusetts, MACOM designs and manufactures high-performance semiconductor products for the telecommunications, industrial and defense and datacenter industries.
