In a recent Mergers & Acquisitions article, asset management partner Justin Kliger shared insights on alternative retail structures in the private equity space.
“Alternative retail structures are increasingly opening access to high net-worth investors,” Justin said. “These investors are sources of non-traditional capital that historically weren’t able to invest in private equity funds, and creating products for such investors has been a focus for the industry for a long time. More sponsors are successfully starting to crack open that nut and access that capital. Once that’s done, that will be a stable source of capital.”
