Ropes & Gray represented Medalogix and The Vistria Group in the merger of Medalogix, a clinical decision support company with Forcura, an intelligent workflow management company. The Vistria Group will be the largest minority shareholder in the transaction. The transaction was announced in a March 19 press release.
The companies will create a leading post-acute care technology platform focused on the advancement of intelligent patient care within home-based care providers and ultimately across the entire healthcare continuum.
The Ropes & Gray team included private equity partner Martin Ruhaak, tax partners Brandon Dunn and Aaron Harsh, employment partner Jen Cormier, and asset management partner Rachel O'Brien.
