Ropes & Gray advised TSG Consumer Partners, a leading consumer-focused private equity firm, in the acquisition of EoS Fitness. The transaction was announced on May 12. Financial terms were not disclosed.
EoS Fitness, a leader in the fitness industry with its high value and low price gyms for exercise practitioners of all experience levels, has over 1.5 million members in more than 175 gym locations open and soon to open in Arizona, Florida, Georgia, Nevada, Southern California, Texas and Utah.
The acquisition builds on TSG Consumer’s success in the fitness industry, including leading brands Planet Fitness and Sunshine Fitness.
