Ropes & Gray represented Envestnet, Inc., a Bain Capital portfolio company, in a definitive agreement to sell Yodlee, Inc., its open finance and data analytics subsidiary, to STG, a private equity firm focused on fueling innovative software, data, and analytics market leaders. The agreement was announced on June 25 in a press release.
Ropes & Gray advised Bain Capital on the acquisition of Envestnet in 2024.
