Ropes & Gray represented Partners Group in its exit from its initial investment in PCI Pharma Services, a world-leading global contract development and manufacturing organization focused on innovative biotherapies, and Partners Group’s reinvestment in a transaction in which a consortium led by Bain Capital and Kohlberg & Company will acquire a majority stake in PCI Pharma Services. The transaction was announced on July 14.
Partners Group is one of the largest firms in the global private markets industry, with around 1,800 professionals and over $150 billion in overall assets under management.
The deal team was led by private equity partners Gabrielle DiBernardi and Bob Rivollier, and included asset management partner Jessica Marlin and counsel Kevin White, tax partner Chris Roman, life sciences partner Josh Oyster, and health care partner Jamie Darch.
