Ropes & Gray represented Xerox Holdings Corporation in its acquisition of Lexmark International, Inc. from Ninestar Corporation, PAG Asia Capital and Shanghai Shouda Investment Centre in a deal valued at $1.5 billion. The acquisition expands Xerox’s global footprint, strengthens service capabilities, and equips Xerox to deliver an even broader portfolio of workplace technologies to clients.
The closing of the transaction was announced in a July 1 press release.
