Partner Tara Fisher shared her advice for early-career attorneys in a Bloomberg Law article highlighting this year’s “They’ve Got Next: The 40 Under 40” award winners.
Tara, who won the “They’ve Got Next” award in 2024 in the Health Care and Life Sciences category, encouraged associates to test new AI technologies, noting that firms “need people willing to test them out, to see what works and what doesn’t work. We’re valuing people who are willing to invest in that.”
Tara also shared her thoughts on work-life balance and the importance of building relationships early in one’s career. Those contacts become “more and more important the more senior you get,” she said.
