Ropes & Gray represented Gridiron Capital and Leaf Home in Leaf’s acquisition of Erie Home, combining two of the foremost companies in the direct-to-consumer home solutions sector. Both Leaf and Erie are part of the Gridiron portfolio of companies. The acquisition was announced in a Sept. 8 press release.
Gridiron is an investment firm focused on partnering with founders, entrepreneurs, and management teams, and creating value by building middle-market companies into industry leaders in business services, consumer products and services, and industrial growth segments in the United States and Canada.
