Ropes & Gray has advised SimCorp A/S, a leading global financial technology company and part of Deutsche Börse Group, on its acquisition of Domos FS Limited.
Domos FS is a Paris-headquartered leading software provider specializing in alternative investments, and offers cloud native solutions automating critical workflows across portfolio management, fund accounting and investor relations. SimCorp acquired a minority stake in Domos in 2021, and with this transaction completes the acquisition of all remaining shares from the founders and other management shareholders.
The Ropes & Gray team was led by private equity partner Elizabeth (Libby) Todd and associate Sam Wolfe-Murray.
