Ropes & Gray has represented New Mountain Capital portfolio company Real Chemistry, a leader in AI-driven insights and marketing communications for the healthcare industry, in the acquisition of Spring & Bond, a health care-focused digital media agency known for its omnichannel- first approach and data-driven solutions. The acquisition was announced on October 15,2025, in a press release and terms were not disclosed.
Real Chemistry is a commercialization partner to the world's most successful life sciences and health care companies.
