Ropes & Gray Enhances Finance Offering in New York with Addition of Partner Michael P. McGuigan

Ropes & Gray announced today that Michael P. McGuigan has joined the firm as a partner in its finance practice. A distinguished practitioner, Michael brings over 20 years’ experience across a wide array of fund finance and infrastructure development transactions to serve growing client demand in these areas.

Michael advises fund clients across a wide range of fund finance transactions, including subscription, NAV and hybrid facilities, asset backed direct lending facilities, management company financings, GP co-invest facilities and financings for onshore and offshore evergreen fund products. Michael has also advised project companies and leading airlines in the development and financing of several marquee U.S. transportation infrastructure projects including the redevelopment of JFK International Airport, LaGuardia Airport, and the World Trade Center.
