Ropes & Gray represented Azuria Water Solutions, a New Mountain Capital portfolio company, in the acquisition of Waterline Renewal Technologies, a Behrman Capital portfolio company. The transaction closed on Feb. 20. Financial terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
