Ropes & Gray represented Riveron, a leading national business advisory firm backed by Kohlberg, in a strategic investment and growth partnership with Cuesta Partners, a Chicago-based AI & Data technology firm. The deal was announced in a press release on March 3.
The partnership combines Riveron’s deep financial expertise with Cuesta’s AI, data, and technology services to modernize the Office of the CFO, maximizing its effectiveness by transforming core business operations through integrated AI-native solutions. Financial terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
The Ropes & Gray team included private equity partner Doug Giannantonio and associate Patrick Smith, employment partner Stephanie Bruce, IP transactions partner Jordan Altman, tax partner Pamela Glazier and litigation & enforcement partner Emerson Siegle.
