Ropes & Gray represented Blackstone Life Sciences in its $250 million investment in Anagram Therapeutics, a clinical-stage private biopharmaceutical company dedicated to improving the lives of people living with exocrine pancreatic insufficiency due to cystic fibrosis, pancreatic cancer, and related disorders. The transaction was announced on May 7.
