Ropes & Gray Advised Bain Capital in Growth Investment in Power Home Remodeling

Ropes & Gray represented Bain Capital in a growth investment in Power Home Remodeling ("POWER"), the nation's leading exterior home remodeler. Sixth Street and Harvest Partners Structured Capital also participated in the investment, which will support POWER's continued expansion. The transaction was announced on May 4.

POWER is the nation's largest full-service exterior home remodeler, with more than 5,000 employees, over one million lifetime customers, and $1.7 billion in annual revenue. Headquartered in the Philadelphia region, the company has differentiated itself through a centralized operating model and a proprietary platform that supports its sales, installation, and customer experience processes at scale.
