Headquartered in Levis, Quebec, Labrie is a premier manufacturer of specialty refuse collection vehicles across North America. Wynnchurch acquired Labrie in 2020.

The team was led by private equity partner Carl Marcellino and included private equity partner Gabrielle DiBernardi, tax partner Adam Greenwood, antitrust partner Marta Kelly, and executive compensation & employee benefits partner Matt Jones.
