In a recent article in The Wall Street Journal on how companies are mobilizing internal AI champions to drive workforce adoption, Howard Glazer, co-head of Ropes & Gray's global private equity transactions practice and the firm's Head of Practice AI, was featured alongside executives at Citigroup and Mars, Inc.
The article highlighted Ropes & Gray's rapid AI adoption growth, noting that two years ago, 32 Ropes & Gray users sent a few hundred prompts a month to legal AI platform Harvey. Today, nearly 2,200 employees generate over 282,000 prompts monthly, and each user is three times more active than a year ago. Howard leads a network of more than 60 champions across the firm dedicated to expanding AI engagement among colleagues.
