Ropes & Gray Advised Audax Private Equity in Acquisition of Integral Consulting

Ropes & Gray represented Audax Private Equity in its acquisition of Integral Consulting, a premier science and engineering consulting firm, from Imperial Capital Group Ltd. The completion of the transaction was announced on Sept. 10. Terms were not disclosed.

Integral provides technical solutions to complex environmental, health, economic, and natural resource challenges, with a team of scientists, engineers, and regulatory specialists.

Headquartered in Boston, with offices in San Francisco, New York, London, and Hong Kong, Audax Private Equity is a leading private equity platform focused on investing across the North American middle market. As of July 2026, Audax Private Equity had approximately $20 billion of assets under management and, since inception in 1999, has invested in more than 180 platforms and more than 1,500 add-on acquisitions.

The team was led by private equity partner Adam Leamon and finance partner Greg Bauer and included executive compensation & employee benefits partner Jenny Rikoski Whitney, employment partner Stephanie Bruce, tax partner Scott Pinarchick, and IP transactions partner Emily Karlberg.
