Ropes & Gray represented Stride Consumer Partners, a growth-equity investment firm focused on consumer passion brands, in the acquisition of Clio Snacks, the first and only refrigerated Greek yogurt bar. The transaction was announced on October 6 and financial terms were not disclosed.
The partnership with Stride will drive continued investment across key areas of Clio's business, including brand building, expanded distribution, operational capabilities, and innovation to develop its product portfolio. Clio Snacks’ refrigerated yogurt bars are sold in approximately 60,000 stores nationwide.
