The National Asian Pacific American Bar Association (NAPABA) honored litigation partner Rocky Tsai with a Best Lawyers Under 40 Award at its annual convention on Nov. 9, held this year in Kansas City, Mo. This award recognizes talented individuals within the Asian Pacific American legal community under the age of 40 who have achieved excellence in their fields and have shown a continued commitment to the APA community.
Mr. Tsai represents a broad range of financial, technology and life sciences clients in securities and commercial disputes, with a particular emphasis on the defense and resolution of complex class action litigation. His experience includes litigation counseling and front-line representation in securities class actions, consumer class actions, M&A litigation, SEC and FINRA investigations, false advertising and unfair competition litigation.
In addition to his active legal docket, Mr. Tsai serves as the co-chair of Ropes & Gray’s Diversity Committee.
