At a virtual ceremony on Sept. 23, Ropes & Gray was honored with three LMG Life Sciences Awards for 2020.
Ropes & Gray was awarded “Licensing & Collaboration Firm of the Year” and won the “Impact Deal of the Year” for advising Sarepta Therapeutics licensing agreement with Roche valued at $1.15 billion.
In addition, antitrust partner and practice chair Mark Popofsky (Washington, D.C.) was recognized as “Antitrust Litigator of the Year.”
Last year, life sciences regulatory & compliance partner and practice chair Greg Levine (Washington, D.C.) was selected as “Regulatory Attorney of the Year: FDA Medical Device” and IP transactions partner Megan Baca (Silicon Valley) was recognized as “U.S. Rising Star – Financial & Corporate.”
Now in its eighth year, the LMG Life Sciences Awards honor top-ranking firms and individuals for outstanding life sciences legal work in practice areas including regulatory, intellectual property, financial and corporate, and litigation and enforcement.
