Two Ropes Attorneys Named to Leadership Positions at Boston Bar Association

Ropes & Gray health care partner Adrianne Ortega was reappointed as Co-Chair of the Boston Bar Association Health Law Section Steering Committee.

Adrianne advises health care and higher education clients on transactions, governance and regulatory matters. She has been recognized by Chambers USA and Legal 500 as a leading lawyer in healthcare.

Adrianne also serves on the Boston Bar Association Task Force on Reproductive Rights.

In addition, Ropes & Gray tax associate Franziska Hertel was appointed as Co-Chair of the Boston Bar Association Tax-Exempt Organizations Section.

Franziska regularly advises colleges and universities, private foundations and healthcare organizations on a broad range of issues, including transactions with for-profit and non-profit partners, internal structuring and tax controversy matters.
