Ropes & Gray Ranked #1 for Gender Diversity by the Financial Times

The Financial Times has reported that Ropes & Gray has the most gender diverse partnership among global law firms listed in the AmLaw 200, with women making up 32.9% of the firm’s partnership in Q1 2023. The firm also ranks highly when looking at the growth of female partners over the past five years, with the firm registering a 7.6% increase since 2018.
