Ropes & Gray Ranked in the Top Ten on The Boston Globe’s Top-100 Women Led Businesses List

For a third year in a row, Ropes & Gray has been listed in the top-ten—ranking sixth—on The Boston Globe’s Top 100 Women-Led Businesses in Massachusetts. The list recognizes dynamic women leaders, and the companies they lead, who are, “responsible for thousands of employees and billions in revenue,” and who “drive the Massachusetts economy.”

Ropes & Gray has been led by Julie Jones since 2020, and, under Julie’s leadership, the firm has continued to be a destination for the world’s leading lawyers. The firm was also recently ranked as having the most gender diverse partnership of global law firms in the Financial Times, with a partnership made up of 33% women.
