Litigation & enforcement counsel Tina Yu has been included on the Global Investigations Review (GIR) “Women in Investigations 2025” list, which recognizes 100 exceptional women in the white-collar crime world, from future leaders to long-established stars.
In her profile, Tina commented on developments in the investigations space, noting that “there has been a shift from just trying to find bad conduct and bad actors to using investigations as a catalyst for change and fostering a commitment to a better compliance culture….Of course, there will always be bad apples that try to outsmart the system, but I think this reflects a higher level of compliance awareness and expectations.”
