Crain’s New York Business has named M&A partner Jackie Cohen to its 2025 “Notable M&A Dealmakers” list, which recognizes the individuals shaping M&A in New York.
Jackie has been recognized for representing clients in highly complex deals in the market, including National Amusements’ sale to entities affiliated Skydance Media for $2.4 billion, The Hershey Company’s acquisition of candy brand Sour Strips, Simple Mills’ sale to Flowers Foods for $795 million, and Adaptimmune’s merger with TCR2 Therapeutics creating a solid tumor cell therapy company.
