Ropes & Gray has been named a finalist in three categories as part of the 2025 American Lawyer Industry Awards, including for “Best Law Firm of the Year.” This category recognizes the law firm that has had an exceptional year across its service offerings, netting big wins but also showing a commitment to and progress in an area not solely related to their practice, such as pro bono or innovation in how legal services are delivered.
In addition to Best Law Firm of the Year, the firm and its lawyers were named finalists for:

The Thrive program was designed to address the unique challenges new associates face through a science-backed curriculum that equips associates with tools and techniques from positive psychology, tailored to the unique demands of law firm life, helping them to maximize performance and thrive as lawyers.
