In a profile, Law360 highlighted the finance team’s representation of Arcline Investment Management in First-Ever Emergency Communications Infrastructure Securitized Notes Offering for Kings III of America and representing the ad hoc group of bondholders of Exela Technologies in restructuring of $1.3 billion of debt.
