Crain's Chicago Business honored health care partner Jennifer Romig among the 2026 “Notable Leaders in Health Care.” The list recognizes the accomplishments, professional success and meaningful contributions of Chicago area leaders across the health care sector.
Jennifer was recognized for her versatile health care practice spanning complex M&A, private equity buyouts, strategic affiliations and cutting-edge regulatory counseling across value-based care, digital health and AI-enabled platforms. She leads multidisciplinary deal teams on industry-shaping transactions, including serving as regulatory counsel to Signify Health in its $8 billion all-cash sale to CVS Health, a deal that advanced CVS's value-based care strategy and showcased cross-practice excellence in health care M&A.
Jennifer also represents asylum seekers through the Heartland Alliance's National Immigration Justice Center and counsels pro bono clients of Above and Beyond, an outpatient addiction treatment facility in Chicago.
