This program discusses a variety of legal and ethical issues facing hedge fund legal and compliance personnel. Although designed to fulfill one hour of ethics credit for the MCLE requirements, the program will address topics important to both lawyers and non-lawyers, including compliance issues and the creation of an appropriate culture of compliance; the conduct of internal investigations and client representation; and privilege issues in the hedge fund context.
