Philip S. Khinda, a partner in the Washington, D.C. office of Ropes & Gray, will serve as a speaker on a June 25 panel on internal investigations at the 2007 Stanford Directors' College. The Directors' College, an intensive and long-standing program for directors and senior executives of publicly-traded companies, is one of the nation's leading corporate governance conferences. He will joined on the panel by the SEC's Deputy General Counsel and others, like Mr. Khinda, who formerly served with the federal government.
