With health care reform now a reality, employers will begin to grapple with the impact it will have on them and their employees. In this webinar, we will review aspects of the Patient Protection and Affordable Care Act that directly affect employers and the health benefits they may offer, and we will identify issues that employers should be thinking about as they prepare for implementation. Three of our attorneys will be joined by Sandy Reynolds, executive vice president of Associated Industries of Massachusetts, who will share her thoughts and the experiences of Massachusetts employers who have lived under the Massachusetts Health Care Reform Act for the past four years.

Among the topics of discussion:
• What does federal health care reform mean for me?
• What will my employees be asking of me as their employer?
• What can I learn from the experiences of Massachusetts employers who have had to comply with health care reform requirements for the past four years?
