The Impact of Financial Reform: Banking, the Volcker Rule, Executive Compensation, and Corporate Governance
The long-anticipated financial reform, with critical compromises and new twists in conference committee, has reordered the federal regulatory landscape and significantly increased the scope of governmental authority. Banking entities will re-examine their private equity and hedge fund relationships and Executive Compensation arrangements will go under the microscope. This presentation will address the impact the Act will have on Banking, including the Volcker Rule, as well as Executive Compensation and Corporate Governance.
