Ropes & Gray Hosts the 2015 NAPABA Northeast Regional Conference

Ropes & Gray is a proud sponsor and host of the 2015 Northeast Regional Conference of the National Asian Pacific American Bar Association (NAPABA) in Boston. The conference, to be held at Ropes & Gray’s Boston office on Saturday, Oct. 3, is hosted by the Asian American Lawyers Association of Massachusetts. The conference is co-chaired by private equity associate Minh-Chau Le.

A CLE session on Recent Supreme Court Developments in IP will be moderated by intellectual property litigation partner Dalila Argaez Wendlandt.

A panel and CLE session titled, Help! My Company Needs to Raise $1 Billion in the Capital Markets, will include finance group partner Michael Lee discussing essential elements of capital market corporate offerings, raising debt versus equity and the key industry players.

NAPABA named Ropes & Gray as the 2015 Law Firm Diversity Award recipient. The award will be presented at the NAPABA Anniversary Gala at the 2015 NAPABA Convention on Nov. 7, in New Orleans, La.

NAPABA is the national association of Asian Pacific American attorneys, judges, law professors, and law students. It represents the interests of over 40,000 attorneys and 67 state and local Asian Pacific American bar associations. Its members include solo practitioners, large firm lawyers, corporate counsel, legal service and non-profit attorneys, and lawyers serving at all levels of government.
