Ropes & Gray Attorneys to Speak at Expert Forum on International Trade Commission Litigation in Washington, D.C.

On February 22 and 23, IP litigation partner Kevin Post and counsel Matt Rizzolo will speak at the American Conference Institute’s 9th Annual Expert Forum on ITC Litigation and Enforcement in Washington, D.C. This event features ITC Administrative Law Judges, senior ITC personnel, leading in-house counsel across a variety of industries affected by ITC proceedings, and leading private practitioners of the Section 337 bar.

Mr. Post will be joining a panel of experts for a discussion on how some of the recent ITC rule changes may be used to efficiently resolve ITC proceedings. Mr. Rizzolo will be serving on a panel covering the interplay between Section 337 investigations and post-grant proceeding before the Patent Trial & Appeal Board, and will also be co-leading a workshop to bring conference participants up to speed on recent key ITC developments. Additional panels at the event will address a multitude of issues having to do with ITC practice and IP enforcement before the ITC.
