Investment Management Counsel Provides Opening Address at the NRS Fall 2017 Compliance Conference
Washington, D.C. investment management counsel David Tittsworth delivered the Opening Address on the third day of the NRS Fall 2017 Compliance Conference, held from Oct. 23-26 at the Four Seasons Hotel, in Las Vegas, NV.
Mr. Tittsworth’s address on Oct. 25 was titled “The New SEC” and provided insights on the current state of play at the SEC, observations on Chairman Clayton’s potential regulatory agenda for the asset management industry and an overview of the Trump Administration’s influence on the SEC’s agenda.
