Intellectual Property Attorneys to Speak at US Patent Forum 2018
Intellectual property litigation partner and PTAB practice chair Scott McKeown (Washington, D.C.) and intellectual property transactions associate Christopher Han (New York) will speak at the Managing Intellectual Property’s US Patent Forum 2018 on Mar. 13 in New York.
They will participate in a panel titled “Is the America Invents Act Weakening Licensing” that examines AIA trials before the Patent Trial and Appeal Board, confusion over the purpose and use of IP rights, and creating licensing agreements in a secure and collaborative system.
