On May 15, Ropes & Gray hosted a Continuing Legal Education program as part of its New York Ethics CLE Breakfast Series. Over 50 people attended the panel discussion, entitled “Sexual Misconduct Allegations in the Workplace: Legal and Ethical Considerations.” Litigation & enforcement partner Joan McPhee moderated the panel, which featured: labor & employment partner Peter Ebb; litigation & enforcement partner Jim Dowden; Managing Director at Sard Verbinnen & Co., Ellen Davis; and President and Chief Operating Officer at Nardello & Co., Sabina Menschel. Each member of the panel offered various perspectives on the practical and ethical issues attorneys and business leaders face when dealing with sexual misconduct allegations in the workplace.
