As part of its Director Summit roundtable series, our mergers & acquisitions group is hosting a program on #MeToo, Other Workplace Behavior Issues and Pay Equity.  We are inviting industry observers to join us for a panel discussion moderated by Ropes & Gray attorneys Joan McPhee, Jim Dowden and Jeff Webb (see Attorney Profiles).

We will explore the legal and business landscape of the #MeToo era – changes in law, reputational harm and liability, crisis management and best practices – as well as challenges faced by boards of directors in light of these developments. The event will include lunch and networking.
