As part of its Director Summit roundtable series, our mergers & acquisitions group is hosting a program on #MeToo, Other Workplace Behavior Issues and Pay Equity. We are inviting industry observers to join us for a panel discussion moderated by Ropes & Gray attorneys Joan McPhee, Jim Dowden and Jeff Webb (see Attorney Profiles).
