IP litigation partner Scott McKeown (Washington, D.C.) discussed “Getting Your Patent Out of the PTAB: New Opportunities” during a Practising Law Institute webinar on March 18.

The webinar addressed the potential benefits and drawbacks of the new Patent Trial and Appeal Board Amendment Pilot, as well as new petitioner risks, patent owner opportunities and changes to come. Mr. McKeown examines the PTAB Amendment Pilot program in this Patents Post-Grant post.
