Life Sciences Associate Moderates Boston Bar Association Panel “What’s New in Early Stage Financing?”

Life sciences associate Brad Flint (Boston) served as an advisory committee member for the 2019 Boston Bar Association Venture Capital & Private Equity Conference. On April 4, Mr. Flint moderated a conference panel titled “What’s New in Early Stage Financing?” that examined recent trends in financing of early-stage companies, including the use of Simple Agreement for Future Equity (SAFE) instruments, preferred stock financing terms, and financing early-stage companies through strategic and commercial partnerships.

Mr. Flint was joined on the panel by Douglas Eby, CEO of Cambridge Science Corporation; Ben Hron, partner at McCarter & English; and Mike Jabbawy, partner at Morse Barnes-Brown Pendleton.
