In this latest discussion, partner Ama Adams examined sanctions and export considerations for suppliers of COVID-19 relief items to Latin American jurisdictions. Attendees included firm clients and compliance officers operating in Latin America.
The first session on April 15 examined historical corruption cases during prior humanitarian crises. The second session on April 30 examined compliance risks that the crisis has brought on companies operating in Latin America.
