Litigation & enforcement partners and anti-corruption and international risk co-chairs Ryan Rohlfsen and María González Calvet recently presented at American Conference Institute’s Foreign Corrupt Practices Act conference. The conference serves as a forum for senior government officials, legal and industry experts and leading private practitioners to discuss critical anti-corruption and securities matters.

Ryan shared his perspectives on building, influencing, and promoting an ethical corporate culture amid a global pandemic, geopolitical shifts, post-M&A integration, and more. Ryan discussed with his co-panelists practical examples and real world guidance on measuring and mitigating the risk of bribery, corruption, and noncompliance during periods of business disruption.
